Tr\u00e4ningen blev lidande pga en mycket l\u00e5ngvarig f\u00f6rkylning,\u00a0f\u00f6rkylningen h\u00f6ll i sig i tre veckor!!<br \/>\nI f\u00f6rrg\u00e5r var f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 4 veckor som jag sprang en runda, visserligen p\u00e5 bara 2.2 km men \u00e4nd\u00e5,\u00a0\u00e4ntligen har jag kommit ig\u00e5ng igen och jag ska ta tag i maten, f\u00f6r nu kan jag inte slarva mer.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom k\u00f6rde jag ett pass med min app Wrkout HIIT, det var ett 4 min pass d\u00e4r jag k\u00f6rde 20s med en \u00f6vning, vila 10s och k\u00f6rde n\u00e4sta.
